A real estate development in Jalisco and its ownership structure
A sustainable ultra-luxury tourism development in Jalisco involved sale and purchase transactions, financing, environmental procedures and condominium organisation. Indigo translated legal, technical and financial documentation, as well as deeds and regulations, in English and Spanish.
The transaction
A sustainable ultra-luxury tourism development in Jalisco required English and Spanish documentation at different stages of the project. In addition to the contracts and financial and environmental materials in the initial engagement, Indigo translated the regulations for the master condominium and its sub-condominiums.
Indigo’s work
Indigo translated legal, technical and financial documents. The condominium stage covered deeds and regulations. The challenge was to express the ownership structure together with its administration rules: individual units, common areas, undivided ownership percentages, fees and management bodies, among other matters.
Translation deliverables
English and Spanish versions, as appropriate, were prepared for contracts, deeds and regulations describing ownership, use and administration of the master condominium and its sub-condominiums.
